Walk-on's bistreaux & bar

Walk-On's Bistreaux & Bar's mission is to deliver a game day experience with a taste of Louisiana served up by their All-American Team. Walk-On's plays hard for the name on the front, not the name on the back. This team before self culture continues to prove successful as the brand grows throughout the Southeast.

As Creative Services Coordinator, I was responsible for all in-house graphic design, social media content, and contributed to 14 new restaurant openings.

Walk-On's was an idea straight from the hardwood floor of LSU's basketball court. I incorporated the wood floor with a vintage paper texture to give a rustic but authentic feel. The brand was crowned ESPN's #1 Sports Bar in America in 2012, so our colors became America's colors.

CEO Brandon Landry wanted to simplify the previous menu design to appear more upscale than the typical sports bar. I removed the color and frills to create a clean yet still authentic design.

Seafood Lagniappe is Walk-On's limited-time Lent offer. The menu features southern Louisiana seafood dishes during the spring.
